Gallery presented module and faceplate are not included. And unless stated otherwise, bracelet and pin buckle color follows the mid-case's. However, Matte Space Grey and RoseGold/Black colorway will use matte black buckle.
The harden surface only prevents daily minor bumps and scratches from forming. Does not mean it can withstand impact, puncture, slashes or substantial force in similar form. Also, because its unique properties, it will look a bit dimmer after long term using. For example, matte surface will be collecting dust during the wearing. Same to the matte bracelet.
There could be a raw steel dummy caseback and Phillips screws attached to casing in the kit. As a protective layer during pre-shipping pressure test, also to prove the screws and threads can be successfully attached. A measure to many customers' reckless installing without following our instructions. Therefore lead to broken screws and render the kit useless. Which we do not hold responsibilities. Please carefully uninstall it and attach our own premium flat-headed screws on.

Similar on bracelet screws, please do not use excessive force. When you encounter certain resistance during the process of loosening. Please do not go further and strip the slot on top. Instead, slightly warm up the links to dissolve adhesive inside. Use push pin to gently nudge the other end of screws a bit by bit. Only then to continue the screw loosen maneuver.
Please avoid using chemical solution to accelerate patina forming and removing. For it might deform or corrode the gaskets within buttons under accidental or improper procedures. Or further more, ruining the bronze material permanently. And in such sitaution, we are not responsible for the product's after-sales service.
For possible patina formed during transportation. You may try using coke or ketchup to let the case fully submerge. Till the surface stain or marks are removed. Or to a degree you satisfied. But don't forget sealing if off with installing caseback first. Afterwards, wash off excess material under running water. There is also a method using baking powder and lemon juice to create a paste. Then use a toothbrush to brush off any patina you don't want. To have a fresh start to cultivate new patina at any given moment. Mind that this is not a defect, patina is a natural reaction for this particular case material. And if you are worried or does not like the effect, please do not purchase. Because it WILL have patina forming one way or another at certain point.
There might be slight color difference among different accessory and case under same colorway. Due to many variating factor: manufacturing method, material, design and more. Also factor in that we make our own spray painting. Please take into consideration.
The term of "Gold" and "Silver" merely represents the colorway. Not meaning coated or made out of true precious metal. Necessary tools and parts are included in the packaging.
